Veterans Day 2015

Dear Friends & Supporters,

Today we encourage you to take a moment to remember our Veterans and all those who have served our nation in the armed forces.  It is because of their service, sacrifice and bravery that we enjoy our freedom today.

"All gave some, some gave all"... It's not just a catchy phrase.  It is the truth that has carried our great nation through many wars and many battles.  We at Healing Heroes Network will forever be grateful for those Heroes who fought, and continue to fight, for our freedom.

As we honor our military veterans for their service and sacrifice today, let us also remember that we must stay vigilant in our support of these brave men and women.

THANK A VETERAN TODAY!

Remembering 9/11

"Where were you when the world stopped turning on that September day?"
- country singerAlan Jackson

On September 11, 2001, America was forever changed.  We can all remember exactly where we were, what we were doing, who we were with... like it was just yesterday.  It DID feel like the world stopped turning.  And it still feels like it was just yesterday.  Although America has moved forward with grace and dignity, we will certainly never forget that tragic and horrific day.

As we take time to reflect on the 13th Anniversary of a day none of us will ever forget, please join Healing Heroes Network as we come together to mourn, to remember, to honor and express our gratitude to those who demonstrated true bravery and heroism in it's purest form.

We at Healing Heroes Network pledge to live in honor of their sacrifice. That's why we've dedicated our mission to aid and assist the injured Heroes of the post 9/11 armed forces and their families.  We will continue doing our part to make a difference in the lives of our nation's wounded warriors, and we hope you will join us today in honoring them.

Happy Thanksgiving from Healing Heroes Network

It's the time for family and food and cheer. Thanksgiving is the great American holiday, in which we all think of what we are grateful for.

This year, remember how thankful we should all be to our service members.  When you settle in to watch the big game, think of our troops who must risk their lives every day trying to make this world a better, safer place to live in. When you take that big bite of turkey and sweet potatoes, think of our homeless veterans that struggle daily for food and shelter.  When you hug your family, think of all those who aren't able to because they gave the ultimate sacrifice and died for their country.

This Thanksgiving, we at Healing Heroes Network are grateful for the men and women who bravely serve and have served in our armed forces.
