The 2012 Olympics started this past weekend in London. While I'm, of course, rooting for my country of America, I'm especially rooting for those who keep our country safe AND are competing for glory--our service members.

Today at Healing Heroes we're wearing our red shirts for our troops and grasping our lucky horseshoes to ward away bad luck. If you didn't already know, today is Friday the 13th, the unluckiest day of the whole year! Or is it?

Happy Independence Day

In 1776, the United States took its first stand against tyranny and declared independence. Today our troops continue that fight, and will live and die defending freedom. While you're celebrating this day, don't forget about our brave service men and women who sacrifice so much for this country.
